The employment guidelines laid down by Ofsted are strictly adhered to in relation to the employment of nursery staff and care workers. All staff under-go mandatory police checks and all qualifications and references are personally checked by our management team.

In order to provide excellent childcare, the development of our staff is of great importance and as such, training is actively encouraged at all times. All staff are well rewarded which helps encourage loyalty, and therefore enhances the continuity of child care.

Our managers have had 12 years management experience between them and endeavour to maintain a stable, caring, responsible, enthusiastic, educational and fun team of childcare professionals.
